By holding an account or when opening an account, I agree with terms and conditions set forth by Hot Shot Delivery, a Houston Courier Service. In addition, I also acknowledge that loss or damage claims may not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00) unless a greater value is declared, maximum declared value $1000.00. Claims must be made within seventy two (72) hours. Hot Shot is not responsible for any concealed damage. Additional Charges may apply for declared value.
